Yes I think Angela is the bomber, but Turtle is taking the blame for it. I think in the next couple of chapters Angela will tell everyone that she is the bomber. I think her mom will be disappointed in her and not like her as much.
I don't thing Sam Westing is dead. I think this is just a game he is playing. Everyone thinks he is missing because he got in a car accident and had facial injuries. So now nobody reconizes him after his face surgeries. That's why they think he disapperared.
